This is a vintage/antique chalice/urn made by P.N.C.W. as late as the 1881-1930s. PNCW was a casting works factory in Long Island NY. The chalice is quite lovely. It is made of repousse/hammered brass, footed, surrounding an amber glass bowl. The top is solid brass with a lovely finial. The bowl is 4" in diameter and with the lid the piece is 8 1/2" tall and weighs 2 1/2 lbs. There are grayish marks in small sections that appear to be some sort of tarnish; I did not try to clean them with a brass cleaner. TX residents pay sales tax. Vintage P.N.C.W.
