Vintage Czarry Nights Dept 56 1991 Camel Ornament Christmas
So colorful and fun, this camel is decked out in all of his finery. Seven inches high including his feathers and four and one half inches long this was made and hand painted in the Philippines in 1991 for Dept. 56. I really like all of the little detail on this piece, especially the tiny green bow on his tail and his back legs. There are also tiny bells hanging from his saddle, purple feathers on his hat, red sequins on his royal green jacket and gold thread and beads along his chest. It was an estate sale find and the original box and tag were not available.
