Vintage Coach handbag

70s vintage Coach handbag. I would date my bag to the 70s. At the time the format only included numbers, and the numbers could not be used as identifiers alone. There were differences in the bags over time though. During the 70s, sometimes the serial number had it's own enclosed space separate from the Coach creed itself, and smaller wording below that read Coach bag registration number. Also although hard to see in pictures there is the word LEATHERWARE imprinted on the creed under the word coach. Between the 70s and through the early 80s wording that said; Made in New York City. Later in the 80s and into the early 90s the wording changed from Made in New York City to Made in the United States or just Made in the USA. Post 94 the number format changed and included lettering and numbers that indicated the manufacturing plant locations, style number, month made, and year made. The only imperfection on this bag is a small scratch in the leather on the back.
