Paint is applied to the front and back pockets (see image).
The fabric is the type of fabric used for cotton pants or chinos (65% polyester, 35% cotton).
There is some fraying of the stitching at the hem (see image).
Other than that, there is some slight wear and tear, but the pants have no noticeable stains or damage.

The indicated size is 36, but I have measured it, so please use it as a reference if you don't mind the amateur measurements.
