On one side it features white cotton with top-stitched vintage pastel rick rack.
At the reverse side is pastel tie dye starry printed cotton. The entire collar is trimmed in gathered sheer and pastel vintage ruffled trim. The front closes with a metal hook and eye closure which becomes hidden by the ruffles.
One size fits most! Recommend for adults.
