I have confirmed that it charges, powers on, boots up, reads software, and that the buttons function.
The charging terminal has poor contact and requires a bit of finesse, but I have confirmed that it can charge (see image 2).
In addition, there are scratches, stains, and yellowing from use. The lower screen is particularly badly scratched. As a result, the upper right portion of the lower screen does not respond to the touch pen.
