Fair condition. Blue spine, red pictorial card wraps. Front covers shows Wullie with paint pot and brushes. B/w comic strips. Published in 1958 as the 1959 annual.
I estimate there are 110 Pages back cover is removed so I do not know if they were more than 110 pages at this point I cannot gather how many pages there should be I believe it close to being Complete
A large percent of the pages are coming out of the book
Some of the pages have 1 to 2 inch Tear aproximately 10
Pages that have fallen out have been damaged along edge of paper
Only front page has writing the rest alarm readable and in good condition
This book could be reconditioned at a restoration shop
