Say What!? I thought Malachite was green. It was up until this newly discovered electric blue Malachite appeared out of Peru. This has been thoroughly tested and is 100% guaranteed to be Blue Malachite. It is very close to the same color as gem silica Chrysocolla but is a little bit more intense in color saturation. That is really saying something as gem silica is known to be the ultimate in intense blue colors. This is the only time Blue Malachite has ever been discovered. It was a small find with minimal speculations that more will be found in the future.
