This set has been thoroughly inventoried and inspected. It is very good condition. All the minifigures are present, complete and in great condition, no cracks. Baseplates are in very good condition. The following pieces have been substituted. 73037 should be black but is light gray, The sails are all present and are brand new identical replacements (non LEGO.) Flag 2525px1 has been substituted with 2525px2 but the clips are half broken. No instructions; However, they can be downloaded for free from the LEGO website and/or elsewhere on the internet.
