This item is not new and still in pretty good condition but it is damaged. As shown in the 2nd picture, there are bite marks where my cat was bitting it, and it went through to the dust jacket to the book, as shown in pictures 8 and 10. There is a tear on the front endpapers, as shown in picture 11. About the last 45 pages have been bent. It is more noticeable on the last few pages, as shown in picture 12. Overall, the book is still in good, readable condition. Check pictures carefully before buying.
