Beautiful hand painted artist signed cat figurine by Fenton.
In my opinion, this piece is in great condition with no chips or cracks however, please be aware that there are what I consider minor scuff marks on the piece which I have not attempted to clean.
Also, there may be some paint loss on the right eye however, I am really not sure if it is paint loss or just the way the artist painted it (see photos).
