Retired Dollhouse kit QuickBuild Classic Colonial by Real Good Toys. This kit in new in the original box and has a slight water stain in one corner. It has never been opened.
A quick-build house means that the interior and exterior of the house are completed, this version is white with green. This 1:12 scale house takes approximately half hour to assemble and requires no special tools. This complete kit includes everything you need to finish as shown (glue, curtains, and landscaping sold separately). For assembly, you can use carpenter's glue, white glue.
Classic features include: precision workmanship and engineered parts pre-cut to really work, step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings, 3/8" MDF exterior walls with a smoothly painted clapboard finish, stained and varnished hardwood floors, stained wooden roof shingles, seven rooms, wallpapered walls, and window boxes and non-working windows.
