This dress is so cute. Size youth medium. Tag only says med. so it could be youth or women’s. But think it’s youth!!! Measurements in photos!! there are a few minor flaws. Fabric tad faded in my opinion. Miss both buttons on the back for the adjustable straps. Easy fix for someone who can sew a quick button on. And when I went to steam the dress the inside started to change and has some blue pigment on inside. Doesn’t seem to show on the outside. Also missing flower pin. Please look at the pictures and ask questions. Thank you
