Antique 1800s The Bryant Shakespeare Edited by W.M. Cullen Bryant 1886 Philadelphia Carson & Simpson Vol. I-III Complete Set. Complete 1886 Shakespeare set that is great for a proper library or for displaying antique decor. They are large volumes. Books are in Good Condition. Each volume contains 100 illustrations. The pages of each book are great. The covers have varying degrees of wear. NOTE: The books are shedding leather book material and particles and are pretty fragile. Vol. I is in the best condition of the three volumes. Then Vol. II is in the next best condition, then Vol. III, which has the worst spine of the 3--Vol. III's spine is loose but connected. Vol.'s I and II can stand upright on their own but Vol. III needs to be propped up. Books will continue to shed & are probably best for collecting, but if they are read they will need to be handled carefully. SOLD AS IS. Books are about 12 & 3/8 x 9 & 1/2" Wide.
